Food Heaven & Food Hell

You've got one pick for each, what is you food heaven? You favourite one meal / food item and what is your food hell? The one meal / food item that you just don't eat.

I was thinking about this earlier and food hell for me is anything sickly sweet with a shed load of cream, profiteroles, Éclairs, cream cakes, stuff like that. My food heaven would be a good tender steak medium rare, no sauces, with sweet potato chips.

Heaven - Roast Dinner

Hell - Mushrooms

Hell - uncooked tomato

A large 1.25 inch thick fillet steak, pink [no blood] . On the side HIDs homemade pepper sauce served with a fried flat mushroom, croquettes or chips and parsnips.
Washed down by a nice Merlot or Malbec

Then later sticky toffee pudding with cream , ice cream or custard.

Next a few glasses of Brandy or Port while smoking a nice Don Julian No 1 cigar with the guys , while the girls do the dishes and prepare the Cheese board.
