Flipping game

Currently playin off 23.6=24 and on tues played 18 holes with my regular partner. After the front nine and 52 shots for 14 points I was ready for lobbing me clubs in the pond. On the back nine 44 shots later and 22 points in the bag had me playin to handicap but chucking so many expressive adjectives about (swearing ) I thought I had tyrets syndrome.

How the flipping Eck can you play rubbish one minute and show flashes of genius the next.

after last season in which I won captains day with 42 points I thought at this rate al be playin to under 20. But ah went backwards. Flipping game does me head in

best bit is the back nine is harder than the front and I could of knocked at least a couple of shots off that score.

wheres the chocolate. Mum.

as above that's golf when your an amateur like the rest off us.
I find a lot of it ,is lack of concentration and when you have a bad hole you try harder,then play worse,but when you relax again the good play comes back.

just thank your lucky stars you have 24 shots to play with when you play crap

I reg play like a numpty but only have 6.. but thats golf if it was easy all the time it would'nt be as much fun

We've all done it. Chopped the front nine and come home under a full canvass or played sublime golf going out and ended up barely putting club on ball coming back
