Anyone know a decent site that i could get some golf style Flat or Newsboy caps.........

Really like this style.....Im only 38 so not a pup but not in the seniors bracket just yet.....

Im not a huge fan of peaked hats ......Being follicley challenged i havent exactly the hair to house a decent size cap but for some reason the flat caps seem to suit me better.....

Ask Bluewolfe.....................

Noooooooooooooooo don't do it

:) Why not Homer?

Just think they look so wrong. I'm also at a stage where shampoo is becoming less necessary but prefer a decent cap. Think flat caps stereotypically shout Northerner and whippets and not golfer. Just my own prejudiced pre-conceptions naturally so if you fancy it then go for it

Or cockney barrer boy, sovereigns and an 'ammers scarf.

Or an M3 driver.

Well i got mine from a little shop called "Hugo Boss". The shop was in Manchester so Homer may be right about its lack of style.

I've a lovely Lyle & Scott flat cap and I'm non of the above :D

Do you also have leather driving gloves!

Back to the OP Ashworth have some nice made for golf fiat caps is happily wear one. I'm currently looking to rock some of the lairy coloured puma caps this season not the flat billed ones though I'm a bit old to look like a skater boy.

Enough of this talk of whippets and barrow boys. Shame on you. :D Classic golfing attire.

Gary Player in his pomp in the 60's used to wear one..

And Tom Watson wasn't averse to donning one when winning the Open

Don't Kangol still do a line in these?

I think hats are a very personal thing and I have to admit I'm with Kid2 and Bluewolf and quite like the flat caps and will, over the coming days/week search a decent one out.

I've got a few normal baseball style golf branded peak caps which I have either been bought or won but I just don't like them or suit them. The thermulite is purely for warmth and not fashion so that's practical first before looks but, I would buy and wear a normal flat cap ;)

I've worn flat caps for most of my adult life and have quite a collection... Must be the the Cockney in me [both my parents were born within the sound of Bow Bells]...

As good a place as any to start looking is M&S...

Once again good old M&S gets a mention for another clothing destination within our game.

Should they open a Golf related area within their stores?
Some branches do have a golf section at certain times of the year, albeit a small one.

Note that carrying off a flat cap requires that it fits.

See above

Gary player.... Right

Tom Watson... Wrong

For the guys making comments about baseball style golf hats and lack of hair you just need to find a smaller size

Ping make different sizes i think, forget this one size fits all as if you sport the Bruce Willis haircut you need a smaller hat so i doesnt sit on your ears !
