A quick question.

Ok I bought a pair of FJ tours. only after 3-4 months they start letting water in. Feet soaked everytime I go out. So I changed to a pair of FJ Aqualites

Tours £110
Aqualites £75

does this mean I'm owed £35
I've been told "seeing as I was happy with the exchange at the time no money should be handed back"!!!!

Did you exchange them under warrenty or buy the aql's?

If warrenty I would have thought it would be a like for like exchange?

interesting, I also got FJ tours and after 27 holes the leather had expanded and it felt like clown shoes

Even if it was under warrenty, which it was, there is bound to be a refund of something, or is this my mistake.............

I won't be buying footjoy again. I've had two pairs of Dryjoys in the last 3 years and both let water in and the leather stretched so much they can now only be worn with a pair of hiking socks.

I would not be happy if i payed for a pair of shoes costing £110 quid and had them exchanged for a shoe that costs £35 less.
