Fitness training for golf swing

You won't find much better than Pilates for strengthening your core.
 
The "Insanity" workout I use, find it great!

You got to be insane to do insanity.

Got to agree with the Red here, not done Pilates but did the basic yoga poses for stretches. Don't do it as much now, maybe I ought to take it up again.

You could sign up to My TPI. Hundreds of workouts on there but it's knowing which would be best for you.
 
You mentioned fitness and core. I use insanity as I said earlier as it maintains a high level of fitness which is based around exercising the core whilst using movement and no weights. You need to have a balance of both in my opinion.
