Footjoy greenjoys or contours would be the choice for me. Both a good shoe with a 12 month waterproof guarantee and at a price that will be pleasing to the pocket.
I always wear greenjoys because they do all I want and at £35 what mpre can one want?
I have greenjoys like mwj....had numerous other makes, prefer these to any I've had. If they don't get past the one-year guarantee I won't care, cracking shoes.
Interesting - T's Golfer awards....top best golf shoe under £50....Footjoy, Greenjoys!
Available at Sports World.....BUT.....they advertise them as "were £49 now £34.99", whereas my pro did 'em for £35 anyway.
Did anyone else get T's Golfer in their christmas loot? I've got a question regarding an article in the extra section????? Please reply if you've got it to hand.
go try on loads of pairs, and buy whats most comfortable for you. If that turns out to be hi-tec, or footjoy then go for them mate. Ill fitting shoes will kill your feet and ruin your round as well as concentration.
Dont compromise, Nike kill my feet, Stuburt and Ecco are like slippers. Also got a pair of adidas 360's as a pressie which are good but not as comfortable as above two.
Agree with the recommendation for Footjoys. I also have a pair of Hi-TecDritec shoes which I picked up for £20.00 and are great for when it is really muddy (they are black whereas the Footjoys are white)
