First round of the year in shirt sleeves

After months of wearing about 5 layers of clothing to keep the cold out, today was pleasantly warm. Ended up with just a short sleeved polo shirt on top. Lovely!

so much for the sunny south, we've had short sleeve shirt weather a few times had a few days mid march that were a scorching 16 deg

Even Dundonald on Sunday was short sleeves

I played a game about a month ago in short sleeves but by the 14th I had to put a top on as I had got a little cold,same again tomorrow as its a balmy 11 degrees.

Last weekend was shirtsleeves both days, the weekend before was shorts. If I'd been playing today then the shorts would have been out again

Abnormally warm for mid April in the South of Italy reached 32c today, weird last two days both the same back to 25c tomorrow. .brrr

Shirt sleeves here as well this evening, the problem is the rest of the golf gear is still mid winter wear. Mid April is usually shorts weather but the ground is still so wet and muddy that waterproofs and golf boots are the order of the day. There are still large areas of the course that the greenkeeper still can't get to cut and vice captains day that was supposed to be this coming Saturday has been put back a month.

I teed off in a 4-ball around 3.30pm today and came in around 7pm and played in short sleeves all the way around, long may it continue 👍😎🏌⛳️

I had the legs out last Saturday. Like a true irish man I have reverted back to my natural milky completion. Day one of the golfers tan took place.

Great to be back out once again. Pity the golf didn't play ball.
