First round of golf

Hi and Happy New Year to All,Went on golf course for the first time today(only been learning since mid October)only normally on driving range and lessons(10 in total)Was I surprised to hit 119 for the 18 hole course.Thanks to all for advice I have received off the forum.Think I could get hooked now that I have been on a course.Played with brother-in-law and his mate both below 10 handicap who gave me great encouragement and advice.

no think about it you will definately get hooked i'm in much the same boat just done second round and cut my score by 22 highlight of my year well done mate great first round

Well done, Steve. 119 was good for a first try. Mine was 135 but we didn't have driving ranges in those days.
