Played my 1st comp today,sunday medal.two of us we're paired up with another guy(13 h'cap) im off 20 my mate off 23,i played pretty well apart from an 11 at the par 5 12th hole-nightmare!!! Hit 97 gross for a 77 nett which wasnt too bad considering the 12th and it belting down with rain for half an hour!Best part was birdieing the 201 yard par 3 8th,which ive won some balls for!! Enjoyed it and im really looking forward to the next stableford.

The sss is 71 par 72,yeah that 11 killed me,to be honest i kept my cool after that but it was a card wrecker i was hitting it well and apart from that diddnt do much wrong,couple of chips maybe but its a learning curve.
And the balls will come in handy as i smacked 2 into the water during that 11!! what a game
