First GOLF win in over 7 years

After over 7 years I have won my 1st golf competition. I enter the 'Golf in Scotland' most days they offer 4 balls clothing, etc for sending in an answer to a question and while I was at work last night my pal text to say I had won the Gleneagles prize.
It is 2 rounds on the PGA and the top 24 to play in a Ryder Cup comp. I played the PGA a few years ago and remember it as a very long course but a freebie and a wee day out sounds fine. I may even talk the wife into having a day at the shops and I have a driver and can have a few beers.
As i said earlier it is my first win in 7 years and a win is a win. LOL

Might get over your way again this summer for a game, are you not for Florida this year

Hi Stephen, Great to hear from you. We are going to USA on the 2nd June for 2 weeks but apart from that no problem for a game just get in touch.My golf is terrible but I love the banter.

woo hoo! i enter every day and win NADA! Altho i did get to pick the winner the other day
am guessing that with about 400-600 entries each day - I should win sometime in 2014

Stevie that runs the site is a great bloke and has done a fantastic job to raise many club's profiles.

I tried to get him a foothold within the SGU but they would not entertain him which is a pity,if he keeps knocking though I think he will get in...the lad deserves to succeed as he has put a lot of work into Golf in Scotland.
