finally played under my handicap in our weekly comp

Sadly, it was a 5 club comp and so not a qualifier, 38 points was nice haul, despite blobbing the 17th and only scoring 1 point on the last.

Had a purple patch in the middle of the round playing 6-15 in just one over, including 3 birdies.

My putting was good for a change with 7 single putts, although there were still 2 three putts, shame the season is ending and not beginning.

not necessarily Gary, yesterday I played great but 3 putted 7 greens! mind you that was because I struggled with the pace. I have taken your advice on board though.

she was leaning towards the hole through the stoke on short putts. 3-4 feet and in. kind of, willing the ball into the hole. she always has done.

I told her to keep still on these. simples! :thup:

Makes me wonder Ian, it was my lowest round of the year, and I did the same thing in the 5 club last year too.
