After some recent last day disasters by 3rd round leaders (C.Woods, L.Donald, L.Westwood) would you rather be tucked in behind the leader 2 back and thus avoid the hype or would you like the peace of mind that a 2 shot lead gives you?

You have to be aggressive in golf and I think this couples well with chaseing, when you are ahead it is to easy to fall into the trap of trying to protect what you have, and that is usually fatal.

Even if you're 2 shots off the lead, you must still be playing pretty well so should be full of confidence...and you'll know that the pressure is all on the other guy.

That means everyones got to play better than me.

I've heard that has become a regular occurence. :D

I think I'd prefer to be coming from the pack, maybe 3 or 4 groups from the front and posting a score. Hopefully it'd give the leaders too much to do over the last few holes

When you look at the likes of Paul Lawrie in '99 and Wee Rory recently they seem to relax when there isn't the weight of expectation on them whereas Westwood struggled to find his tempo when he was last out on Masters Sunday and Donald and Chris Woods have both faltered when last to go.

Good question, what is harder? The pressure of making up the two shots, or holding out?

Atleast two shots behind you know you have to go chasing, with a two shot lead i would be in two minds on which pins to chase!

Give me the two shot lead.... and I'd prob blow it, give me work to do... i'd prob still blow it :D
