Felix Magath

Cheese as a remedy for injury ?

Regardless of what he has won that is awful

Even if this happened (and yes it does sound daft) , I don't think its right to humiliate the bloke on telly.

Sorry but can't see exactly what Murphy has done wrong - he has critisized his utterly ridiculous methods

It does sound ridiculous, but there may have been a less than ridiculous logic to it - a lump of cheese might be just the right sort of softness/hardness for the massage that was required (I doubt it though!).

But his methods certainly weren't working at Fulham!

Does seem like a bit of 'pre-season training' taken to extremes. Wasn't this (fitter and faster than the opposition) one of the things that was a key philosophy of several of the 'great' managers?

I found it funny. And let's face it, it is ridiculous.

I doubt Magath is going to lose any sleep over an average ex midfielder-come-pundit questioning him.

Losing no sleep over Magath's departure. He was totally wrong for the club. There's a story about he fined two of the youngsters on small wages a total of £20k that Scott Parker paid out of his own pocket. http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/scott-parker-covered-20000-fines-4294663

The players didn't like him and his methods didn't produce results. He may have won loads back in Germany but he was way out of touch with the PL and what was needed to compete and even more out of his depth in the transfer market and championship
