Feeling old, must get some Ping

I am feeling old today, so I am swapping my Scotty out for a Ping B60 for a while. I have finally wrestled this off my Dad, so am going to give it a go for a few weeks. It is in amazing condition, with the original grip (still tacky), and 36" long as standard (just my length). Tried to find out when it was made, but am struggling to come up with a year. Google has drawn a blank. Any ideas Ping fellas? Most of you must be old enough to remember when these were launched. It has got to be 20 years old at a minimum, probably nearer 30.

It was introduced as reports and statistics show that in a matchplay situation the lower handicapped player tended to win more than they lost.

There's a lot to be said for just being "average", especially in matchplay.
