Don't know whether this has been a topic before. Mine has to be "Caddyshack" Many memorable scenes but the "jobbie in the pool" incident has to be the best. After reading John Daly's autobiography I searched EBay for his favourite movie "Dead Solid Perfect" I eventually found a DVD in the USA, an achievement since it was never officially issued on DVD. It's OK and JD reckons it's a very true depiction of life on the PGA tour. Some nice golf scenery, a bit of humour and gratuitous nudity. If anyone wants to borrow it PM me, as long as you promise to return it.

Tin Cup has to be the best golf movie, although it is far from perfect. Happy Gilmore has most of the best laughs, especially the bit where Happy fights with his pro-am partner, a well known gameshow host. Caddy shack has its moments and Caddyshack 2 has fewer.

My 1,2,3

Tin Cup
Bagger Vance
Happy Gilmore

Oh has anyone else seen Miracle on the 17th Green? (worth a watch but not more than twice)
