Favourite Ever Club!

Hi everyone, just wanted to know what everyone's favourite club ever has been and why! My favourite is my 58 Vokey, its helped my short game no end and just feels right in my hands! I suppose that is a confidence thing but everyone is different!

Dont know about Favorite but most effective was one of the old TM XR03 Drivers. That thing was a rocket launcher and pretty well behaved too :fore:

Taylormade R540XD TP 8* fitted with a bi-matrix shaft. When I hit it, oh my god it went with a bang and let's not even talk distances. Shame some git went and made a rule banning it......:mmm:

Taylormade super fast 3w, great club.

Other than that I would equally say vantage eliminator 3/5 woods, had these as a junior and could rip these from any where, but could never hit the driver. I had the 3w shaft replaced 3 times in one year under warranty..... Thing was a rocket launcher!

Usually my putter, but its on the naughty step at present. My #4 hybrid is behaving very well at present. I can just about get it to sit up and beg for biscuits.

Titleist 975J Driver for me. Had one of these back in 2002 with a MK1 UST Proforce 65s in it, flew a country mile, loved it.

Doesn't stand up to the modern day driver, due to adjustability and forgiveness, but this driver was long.

Quite a few candidates - including a few already mentioned in the thread (XR03 and MD hybrid)!

'Favourite' would be the Tour Smoothie - TM200 13* w Code 8 I had for some time. My Pro mate caved the face in 18 months ago!

Biggest regret parting with was the Adams 9015D w TP7. Had used that shaft in 7 other Drivers, but that was a magic combo! Broken ankle and decent offer was the reason. Guy didn't get on with it and happened to sell it to someone I know, so may get either/both back!

My favourite club is my Nike VR Pro Ltd Edition 3 Wood with Tour Ad shaft, hit a fair few fairwars and greens in 2 with this club!
