Whilst looking for a video clip for another thread, I got to thinking about favourite lines in films and thought this could be an interesting expansion on the film/ TV threads. I thought I'd broaden it a bit so that you add a clip of your favourite line or scene, or favourite character from a film or tv show. Two rules to the thread

1. You have to add a link to a video clip of the line, scene or character in question.
2. I also appreciate that there may be some adult themes in some scenes and don't want to fall foul of the mods or GM bosses. Please add [+18] or some such to your post if the link contains profanity or other adult content

This one to start. First saw this early 70's when I was about 10. Just the coolest character in a film that has stuck with me ever since.

The love scene from Team America.

Sorry but no chance of it getting past the Mods.....just google it (18++++++) :ROFLMAO:

I still find myself drawn to the final 30 minutes of Home Alone every Christmas.

This was a current film when I was a kid (same age as Kevin McAllister) and was unbelievably entertaining. Even though I've seen it hundreds of times I could watch it again and again.

Genuinely can't wait until I sit down with my daughter (who will be 4 this year) and watch the film.

Cor we've got loads of favorites at our house. Mainly from Uncle Buck.

But a well used one, and a number one from a Soap was Ian Beale to that fella right up to him and in his face, who ran the market at one point,

" Keep your big Northern Nose....OUT"

Utterly brilliant:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I love the quiet and the atmosphere leading upto this one. The footsteps and the distant noise. The long pauses in dialogue then the inevitable brutal killing

Beautiful film making

Any Sopranos fans?

"No more Butchie, no more"

Made more special because you knew his threat was more than just words

Finished of by John Cooper Clarke, it just adds to the intensity
