Fat putter grips

I changed to the One Thumb for about two rounds and it came straight off! Could not get on with it trying all types of different hand positions.

Back to orange Golf Pride now and 'jobs a goodun' ;)

IMHO biggest waste of £15 i've had on golfing equipment.

Alan,

I have a 2Thumb grip here that you can have to try if you like, I'll even fit it.

Let me know if you want it.

I've got one and I like it. I had the standard pistol grip Cameron on mine and it was too small and was uncomfortable. Made me grip way too tight. Since I've switched to my jumbo I've felt a lot more comfy with it. I do have big hands though.

Thanks Crawford, will probably take you up on that. Showing my ignorance here, can the grips be removed easily ??

A grip can be blown off if required and you want to save it but if not you can just cut it off and put on a brand new one.

The Lamkin Mega Paddle is a good alternative. I love these and have them on a couple of my normal use putters. I have an Lamkin Midsize paddle of my one in use at present but only because I didn't have any more Mega Paddles around.

I had a go with a "Fatso" grip on a putter at the weekend and really rather liked the feel of it. It seemed to take the wrists right out of the stroke.

I was tempted but:

a: would be too embarrassed to use one
b: it wouldn't fit in a 14 way divider on my cart bag

One of my mates is highly likely to take the plunge and get one though.

I have a Tiger Shark jumbo grip (not two thumb) and love it because it is something substantial to hold onto, I dont think about it taking wrists etc out of it.

Also got the same as Brendy and love it.

Used to have the Jumbo Crown but this is so much better. And its also bright yellow haha
