It does the way they play it, can imagine doing it at club level:

Player 1 drives off, player 2 runs into the right woods to find the tee shot. Player 2 hacks out sideways as player 3 finds an iron and runs back from the green. Player 3 then tops it and now player 4 has to run back. Player 4 thins it out the back of the green. Looks to see where player 1 is only to see him strolling down the fairway, fag on the go thinking his part is done........

Assuming you are Player 4 and will be hitting the second putt if it's needed, who from the pro game would you choose to hit your drive, approach and first putt? I definitely wouldn't want Keegan Bradley playing the approach into the green.

Don't think it matters how slow the guy hitting the drive is as the clock doesn't start until the club hits the ball so you're just looking for someone that will hit it a decent distance onto the fairway.
