Fast cooker!

Rather than a slow cooker, I bought a pressure cooker a little while back. It's fantastic for chilli, curry, stews, casseroles etc etc and cuts down the cooking time massively

Anyone got any recipes, ideas and suggestions etc?

As with the slow cooker - James Martin once again has a very good book for "faster food"

But for currys etc certainly prefer the slow cook to allow the flavours to really soak into the meat

I bought one of those Halogen cookers, I played with it doing different things but I didn't rate it, then it self destructed at 13mths, great timing with a 12mth guarantee :angry:
