not voting on this mate , i am a mixed bag, trousers bought where cheapest ie acda , tesco or tk max but i do admit i like to have a good polo shirt and good shoes

I have to say I'm a bargain hunter who prefers to play in more subdued clothing.
That's not to say I haven't browsed the more expensive named brand clothing swinging on the hangers in golf shops. If I made the plunge and bought branded stuff I'm certain I would go for the drab blues and blacks rather than the retina scorching colours I have seen on display!

I do buy quality shoes and golf gloves as I feel they are of importance.

i was always told -- buy cheap -buy often ..same with golf gear ..but some lads just ott..watched the links trophy at standrewslast year and one guy ..a had lime green trousers and a black polo shirt ..he looked like a liquirce allsort..ha ha

Im with Boabski here.
Not too fussed about where I buy trousers but always wear branded polo shirts/jumpers/jackets and shoes.

M & S cream chinos in summer, black or navy in winter

Random Golf polo shirt.

Comfy Golf shoes and warm socks

Job done

I voted the cheapo option but mainly as most of my trousers are m&s or tk. My tshirts are more important as restrictive types that dont stretch a little are no good for me. I like to feel that my arms and chest are free to do whatever they want and not feel strangled. Usually no particular brand either, just whatever fits well at the time.

A mixed bag for me as well here. Love my gear and have White, Yellow and also Orange Stromberg trousers, as well as Slaters £15 standard black numbers.

I also own golf shirts ranging from £10 bargain TK Maxx numbers to £45 Ashworth and Norman babies.

Also bought 2 pairs of tailored shorts from Asda last summer at £6 each, they do the jobby just fine.

If I like it I will wear it. Simple.

Shoes don't count - they have to be good.

I don't mind going for branded stuff in the sales, though they rarely have my size left, but no way would I pay full price; Greg Norman's or Ashworth's for £15 is ok.

Otherwise Tesco, Asda or, dare I mention, SportsWorld.

I am a virgo so everythin has to be callaway, I love their gear. However my trousers i am using this winter are from mountain warehouse. Best set of gortex i have ever had. Only thing i own thats not callaway is my stuburt Waterproof.

Trousers from soccer sports for £7 and random golf T shirts or a main polo with matching tank top the wife got me for xmas, I haev taken to wearing cords this time of year, I picked them up from Sainsburys for a tenner.

And your putter lol

Trousers from Tesco, nice comfy footjoy shoes, polo shirts that were on sale in AG, some warm jumpers and my GG waterproofs see me right.

Don't mind spending money, but some things I begrudge & £50 on a pair of golf trousers is on of them! :)
