Thanks for posting a reply on the forum,
I truly was unable to make any sense of the CONGU website and respect that you did!
You suggest, as you managed to underdstand it, that my club got it wrong by deducting strokes from the men instead of the ladies having them added in the recent competition.
Could you point me to where exactly this is stated? Specifically, what line and in what section etc, as I would dearly love to show it to my Club Secreatary and Club Captain to ensure this does not happen again in future competitions.
