Hi guys, looking to make up a fourball for this if anybody is interested.

Greg Diddams, Teaching pro at Upchurch River Valley Golf Course needs 624 people to play and complete a 18-hole round in under 3.5 hours, the current world record is 623 and was set in China.

This even takes place on saturday June 21st from 4am-10pm and is open to all comers. Entry fee is £20 per player, half of which goes to the Alzheimer's society - a worthy charity.

Food and drink is provided plus a goody bag and memento of the day.

If anybody is interested let me know and I can book us in.

It's a way to come for an early start - long gone are the days when I would be up at dawn in the summer to play golf. But if you can get a decent tee time I'm up for it. If before 9, put me down as 1st reserve; if before 8, 3rd reserve, before that I might be very, very late.

I haven't. Only been a forumer about 5 weeks but feel that I know MWJ quite well already. He and I are getting a game in together once the weather settles down a bit. Hopefully we can get some others to join in as well.
