Hi forumers! After a recent range session with my new FT-IQ I am super chuffed with this club and its ZCOM shaft(reg). Can you recommend a fairway(3 or 4 wood) with similar levels of forgiveness, similar flight(flies of face at about a 45deg angle with no curve until it starts falling,a penetrating flight i think you would call it)and similar long distance(20 yards longer than my last driver). All recommendations appreciated!Cheers. :D

I use an FT9 with a zoom shaft and opted for the Diablo Edge fairway. Very long, good ball flight and equally handy from the tee or the fairway. If anything it is nearly as long off the tee as my driver

Cheers GB72,the edge does indeed look tempting, how forgiving is it? My fairway striking need much improvement!

Damn Clive, that is a fine looking club! Probably too expensive for me though! I'm looking to buy second hand.

G15 flight's a bit high (well it was for me) with either of the two stock shafts so I got a relatively inexpensive upgrade to the axivcore tour red they use in the i15. If you did look for a second hand one Deke I found of the two stock shafts the Serrano was much better than the TFC

Thanks Richart,£65 is a great price for such a decent club! What is the shaft like?

Exsar fs4 regular, which gives a mid to high flight. It is good off our tight fairways, but very good off the tee. The model is being replaced so some great bargains. Have also got the 5 wood.I would say it is aimed a mid to higher handicaps as is very forgiving. You can pick them up off ebay as well, just make sure you buy from reputable seller, with plenty of feedback.
