Never looked at it before but had a browse earlier and was quietly surprised with the array of items being sold on it.

So, I was sorting out my garage and decided to list a few items and wow, talk about an immediate response, I sold 1 job lot of car ramps, stands and jack almost immediately and also a reciprocating saw.

All being collected tonight for cash with no fees, anyone else use it or had experience of it, evil bay can do one now.

I use it more and more instead of EBay or Gumtree. Not really had any bad experiences over and above a few time wasters and no shows. Just use your common sense.

Some good bargains to be had as well - picked up a Samsung 42’ LCD for £40 from someone just upgrading - works perfectly. If put on EBay would definitely have gone for £100+ due to the size of market.

I’ve got 1 no show out of the 3 items sold today which isn’t too big an issue as the amount of inquiries I had for that I’m confident as soon as I realist it, it will be sold again quickly.

The 2 sales earlier just turned up and paid cash, no further attempts to haggle.

Such a refreshing difference to the hassle you get on the evil bay and all for free.

On the hunt now to find more stuff to sell which is just gathering dust or stick away somewhere and turn into cash.

I find it kinda of useless tbh people vanish after they make an offer, I prefer Shpock app sold a few bits in minutes on there 👍

I relisted the 1 no show which was easy and it sold immediately within 5 minutes and was collected that night.

Yes you get loads press the button 'I'm Interested' and never respond, but it doesn't take long to weed out the genuine responses IMO and my initial experience with 3 items is very good.
