I have one, bought it when they first came about 3 years ago. I liked the design, felt like supporting a start-up company and wanted something a little different from the crowd. No complaints, does the job well. Folds really quickly and easily. Not the most compact shape when folded but I like the convenience of how easy it is to set up and take down.
I'm on my third lead battery now, I get about a year out of a battery before they stop holding charge and to be fair I'm not the best at looking after the battery. A lithium battery would have been better for me in the long run.
The logic board failed once on it within warranty period. Return to base for the repair was fine, they also replaced the wheels as a courtesy service.
I have a regular PP who bought a new PowaKaddy Sport at the same time and he's had more issues with his than I have had with my EziCaddy in the period. It hasn't been perfect but I've never had reason to complain about it, it seems to have been as good as the rest.
All that said, I regret not getting a GoKart instead.

That's settled it then as it was a choice between this and the Gokart, and a lot of the reviews on the web site itself were people having problems with the batteries.
