Have to say they’ve been exceptional with my hardware issue. All the guidance was approached with common sense and they saw no trouble in sending out the replacement. They’re even refunding my postage.
They might be hugely busy right now and take longer to respond but they also respond quick once somebody has taken responsibility for the issue.
