Excellent service from Callaway

As some of you will know I took my Odyssey Works #1 putter out from its cover at RCP in the rain & wind at the 2nd green only to find the thin putter strip/insert had peeled away and vanished





Duly took it into my Pro on Wednesday to sort out only to be told the next day that a new putter was being sent out as a full replacement and it arrived yesterday (Monday) :thup:







What an excellent service and aftersales, thank you to the guys at Callaway :clap:

We noticed it trying to peel away half round Littlestone the day before, with the conditions at RCP it never stood a chance, it was there on the 1st green but then disappeared, it's only a very thin, gel like tape insert.

Had a playing partners putter do the same ( blamed on dodger batch of glue) took them 6 weeks to offer the new for old.
He didn't want a new putter as it worked perfectly fine. Was given no other options.

Great service. Funny enough the metal face on my Odyseey works two ball fang has started peeling off. Noticed it minutes before a round a while back and I rushed back for my old #9. Tempted to get my pro to send it back.
