Everybody's Golf (PS4)

Don't know how many gamers there are on here really but is anyone looking forward to this game as much as me? :clap:

I lost so many hours playing Everybody's Golf World Tour on the PS3 - it had a beautiful simplicity, which is the key to addictiveness in games I think! Always found it way more fun than the likes of the Tiger Woods games. This will be the first one they've made for the new console so I'm interested to see how it's come along.

Only £30 to pre-order it as well, I'll be getting on that shortly! Couldn't have come at a better time really, I was looking around at the reviews of some other golf games on PS4, but Rory McIlroy and The Golf Club both have pretty poor to middling reviews. Only downside is that EG isn't out til end of August so I have a while to wait.

Went from PS4 to XBOX One over Xmas so I'm out
Do love a good golf game and Rory was a smidge disappointing with not enough in game content to keep me playing, once you'd done a season that was kind of it.

TGC2 comes out at the end of June. Really looking forward to that.

Course designer looks amazing so I will be losing any free time I have to that.

I'm normally a Fifa man but I've hated 17 so much I've stopped playing it entirely now. I tend to have room for only one console game in my life at one time, so I'm sure Everybody's Golf can take over.

Loved Everybody's Golf 3 but went Xbox 1 and PC for my gaming needs. I enjoyed The Golf Club and The Golf Club 2 looks like it has a decent career mode and societies etc so will be pre ordering it's due end of June and I can't wait. To add all 150,000 GC1 course can be imported as well.

I enjoy playing Golf Clash on my iPhone - think its on android too.

Not a 'complete golf game' as such but addictive and fun when you have a spare few minutes.

Saw an advert for that, I think, but I wasn't sure if it was one of those things that begs you for money all the time. One of the reviews said you just get beaten by people that have used real money for better equipment, or something.

I've been playing Super Stickman Golf on my phone lately, it's very addictive but I've basically completed it already in about 3 weeks.
Edit: Omg I've just realised Stickman Golf 2 AND 3 exist as well... what a fool I've been! :rofl:

You can play using real money to progress faster but like everything if you are patient and take your time no money needs to be spent.

I've spent no money at all; have been patient and am doing relatively OK in the game.

Crash Bandicoot, what a game that was! Had that and CB2 back in the day. I didn't know they were doing a new one of them. I'm well out of the loop with games, I tend to buy one or two per year if that - and one of them is always Fifa.

FIFA and Rory PGA Tour basically the only games I play ATM, with most of that time going on FIFA. Ultimate Team is just so damn addictive. You play UT?

Yeah, Ultimate Team was all I played mainly. But this year's game is so infuriatingly bad that I've given up on it now. They seem to get worse every year. Strongly considering not buying Fifa 18, which would be a massive step for me having bought a football game every year since 96! (Fifa 96 up to like 2002, then Pro Evo 3,4,5,6,2008, then Fifa 09-17)

Didn't realise Golf Club 2 was coming out. The first one suffered with a lack of polish but as a golf game it's really solid. Plenty of challenge and the need to think about shots and use course management is great.

Mainly untradeable - only guys that aren't are Futre, Litmanen (both bought for discard), Kante, Bellerin and Butland. Everyone else is untradeable and picked up through SBC's. Have an untradeable TOTT Koulibaly who'll come in when Ferdinand's loan runs out.

That looks decent. Obviously as a PS4 guy there's no legends for me. I never made too many coins (refuse to buy packs mostly) so I tended to stick to cheapish players. My current team is in 4-3-2-1:

Sandro - IF Tonelli - Smalling - Walker

And fitness team is same formation but with IF Defrel; Konoplyanka, Berardi; Goretzka, SIF Bentaleb, Asamoah; Florenzi (at LB), Manolas, Barzagli, Peres; Hart (Hart is in both teams since keepers take ages to lose fitness)

As I say though, I barely play it now. Got fed up with games being decided but stupid behaviour of players or lag rather than the actual input of the human players. I'm in division 2 of the UT seasons, never quite made it into D1, was just fluctuating between 2 & 3 mostly.

Made more changes to the team, spent most of my coins. Have 80k + a few packs stacked for the PL TOTS left. Now rocking this:

Not tried it out yet but it looks insane. Especially with a bench that includes Vidal, OTW Pjanic, TOTT Koulibaly, POTM Son, POTM Sterling and Alex Sandro.

Currently in Div 3. Not done as well as I'd have liked this year. Only qualified for FUT Champs once from the 5 or 6 weeks I've tried. Got Silver 1 with 15 games left though so did alright once I finally qualified, just did not have time to play the 40 games over a weekend. You played FUT Champs at all?
