Barely even into BST yet, teed off at 6.00 pm and got 18 holes in, happy days!

Helped by the fact that I was playing solo and nobody was in front, had to rush a bit towards the end but pleased with my play overall and not one shank!

Evening golf is the best at my place. You only normally see the low handicap boys out there fo r a bit of practice on an empty course so you can get round really quickly. It is nice to just go out on an empty course on a warm summer evening, then following it up with a nice cold pint afterwards. :)

Last year was the first time I'd tried evening golf and loved it. Nothing like the warmth on your back at 6pm on an empty course! Cannot wait to start it up again!

I do love a bit of evening golf, played 11 holes Sunday evening with my brother and saw one of the guys I play with in roll ups so asked him to join and we had a good few holes in the setting sun  normally I love to get out and practice the first 8 holes on my own during these late evenings, love it.

We played saturday evening, got 9 in and saw one other person on the course. Just need some warmer weather to make it a bit better.

I really don't understand why we bother changing the clocks anymore? Everyone is much happier now they've changed, you never seen this much joy when they go the other way? Light evenings mean more people can get out after work play golf, go to the park, go for run, walk cycle and keept fit and healthy, families will have more quality time together! It's so much better this way round.

I certainly think there's an argument for putting the clocks back a month later then putting them forward a month earlier. It would probably make the winter feel much shorter.

Don't get home from work till 7 (except Fridays) so I'm another week or so away from evening golf! Once sunset hits 8 o'clock it'll be every other night!

I also believe it has something to do with farmers in Scotland - they need the clocks to go back so they get daylight earlier... or something...

Going down the club tonight straight from work, will try and tee off at 5, see how many i can get in.. we are lucky that we can do a couple of different loops, 1-4 then 16-18 (7 holes), 1-6 then 14-18 (11 holes), 1-8 then 12-18 (15 holes) or the whole lot.

Just want to get some practice in for sundays medal.
