Just checked the results of the European Mid-Amateur played at Morfontaine in France and two golfers from John OGaunt did really well. Mark Warton tied 1st, shot 210(68,71,71) and lost in a 4 way playoff while John Kemp finished 2nd on 211(70,68,73).
Mark has won the European Mid-Am before, John has qualified for the Open on two occasions and together they have won the Sunningdale Foursomes. They have also won various other top amateur events between them.
