Euro pro tour KK Downing

Anyone watch the Euro pro tour the other day ? What a fantastic looking course designed by guitarist KK Downing from Judas Priest, greens looked amazing and I have to say I would not mind having a game there, also Horsey was playing to get some game time in for Wentworth.

from the bits i saw it didn't look that impressive,could have done with more drainage and a few more trees on the style more of a hotel course than a top pros's track.but give her her due designs golf courses,writes harry potter books and plays in a rock band!!!!

I thought it looked pretty good considering it hasn't been open that long and clearly needs to mature. Got a lot of good feedback from those playing the event

Astbury Hall near Bridgnorth.

My son took me there for Fathers day last year. The course is in good condition and the greens good. There are some big drainage holes on the 14th fairway that I remember so drainage should be good. It is a new course but the best quality new course I have ever played.
