The European Court of Human Rights has inexplicably made the decision to allow 6 fundamentalist crackpots to be extradited from the UK to the USA, in so doing, inadvertently protecting the peoples from these and other shores from further atrocities and brainwashing. The 6 victims reasons for having extradition turned down was they had the right to be incarcerated in the lands of their alleged crimes, 40 years of solitary confinement and that the Yanks would bang em up in a revolving cell.

Lets hope they don't fall out of the plane on their way over.

Why is it inexplicable? - As I understand the position Hamza been tried and convicted of offences here in the UK and is wanted for trial for offences Committed either in the USA or against the USA.

He should stand trial for those offences in the USA and not hide behind the EU and Human rights issues.

This is not the same as the Tappin cases which were a sting operation by the US and no actual criminal act appears to have been committed, he was simply an innocent haulage contractor

You reap what you sow.

Old "Hookie" has had a cushie number banged up over here with the soft British prison service. Now's the time for him to pay for his wrongdoings over the pond. They won't pussyfoot with him over there. Thoroughly despicable man. Preached hatred against the western world (mainly Britain) whilst taking what he could from the system.
Everything that is wrong with the soft British system.
Free speech, maybe so, but when someone publicly speaks of "burning in hell" "death to Britain" etc, it's time for stern action.

That's my rant over!!!:sbox:

I'm confused. Is this a good thing or a bad thing? Seems a good thing in this case, as opposed to the case of Chris T.

Further claims included incarceration in a US federal penitentiary was inappropriate as none of the 6 has one single Johnny Cash record between them.

Abu Hamza had one, but had scratched it to bits trying to put it on the turntable with the wrong hand!

The Americans will push it through somehow. After all, we all signed to stop Mr Tappins extradition but the Americans were convinced he needed to stand trial. If the same principles are being applied then these guys have no price!

They are welcome to him imo. From what I understand, this is what the extradition law was intended to allow - rather than commercial/security spite like the Natwest 3/McKinnon/O'Dwyer cases.

This is only the start. It will take years, and cost us a Fortune.

Not so sure Murph, the European Court is usually the last appeal so I wouldn't be suprised to wake up on Monday to the news that they have all been shipped - at least I hope so!
