When you first start playing with other people in comps then it really is a case of learning as you go on. As long as the people you are playing with are OK they will help you through it as we have all been there at some stage. Just tell them its your first comp and they should help you along. And remember its only a game and if you do rubbish then don't dwell on it.

If you explain walking down the first they'll put you at ease and you'll enjoy the game. Don't worry just remember the basics and know doubt you'll be fine. Have fun play well and enjoy!

Exactly what I would have said. If you are unsure of anything just ask! The main thing is to enjoy yourself.

Don't stand on their putting line or eye line when on the green.. relax and enjoy :fore:

or fart, cough etc when they are about to play ;)

Relax fella, everybody has been in your position before. Play your own game and try not to worry about anything.
