Erm, me balls ave gone pink.

Beginning of the week I started a blog where Baghead discovered Vice golf balls. Well Man in Black kindly donated six to Bagheads cause. They came today and inbetween ripping the garden to bits I thought I would give them the usual five star Tashyboy golf ball valet.
So in the sink with the pots and a good scrub with premium washing up liquid to get off the grime. Followed by hot water in the sink with copious amounts of bleach to get that pearly white smile. This method has been tried and tested on every golf ball I have found, sorry bought and is without a doubt the best way to clean them. Well it was u til about 4.00 pm. Bills shiny white balls have gone reddy pink. I don't mean a bit I mean a flippin lot. It looks like a golf ball trapped in a plums body. What the flippin Eck has gone off there.
Sent MIB a photo of them resting on the draining board and al try to post it, if not hopefully Bill can. But is it owt to do with the coating that loses its shine. Anyone had this happen before. Do Vice know this.

I have to say, I wouldn't use bleach myself. I'm not sure what was on your golf balls but a friend who cleans at a local hotel knows when people have been sniffing coke as the remains go reddy pink when sprayed with bleach. Just saying .........

In the interests of science I've just tried it & the ball has come up so well I'm thinking of using it again. It was in the practice bag.

One of the biggest things I noticed when I tried the Vice balls was how quickly they lost the nice bright white glow.

Maybe some one tried coke on them because as we are often told "things go better with coke"

Just tried it in some more proper aldi thick bleach and it's a bit pinker. 😳
Thinking about putting them in the for sale section, buyer collects ( free balls) and then drives up to Newcastle to buy Bill a beer.

Clearly a chemical reaction (no crap Sherlock) and must be down to the more matt finish these balls have compared to the brighter surlyn type cover on many other brands.

Why is it my flippin iPad that chucks Rammel words in. has anyone ever used the word Whitefish before on a golfing blog.
