It arrived last night so used it in medal today.
Had 34 putts today...not good, plus I had 3x3 putts and a 4 putt

so why am I enjoying it...............? well it suits my eye and I had some excellent solid putts. Even missing a 3 footer on 17 for par and a 3 footer on 18 for Eagle:cool: hasn't put me off as I know it was my technique. Off for some practice this afternoon.
Back to a blade style for me now after 2 years of mallets gives me a 'coming home' feeling:rolleyes:

This one to stay for a wbile..?

Mine is dicing with death at the moment.
Sometimes it's the sweetest thing and at others it's the Devil's Cattleprod!!

Just when I think it's settling down, all Hell breaks loose.
I'm normally a decent lag putter but I've had 8 x 3 putts in the last 2 rounds just by leaving the first one too short....

Big Birthday coming up soon , might have to play the field so to speak...

Any reason for the change Darth? I tried a Scotty Newport 2 the other day, man that's sweet!! But happy with my Rossie!! 31 putts in my 84 yesterday, so fairly happy.

I know my poor putting is down to technique but I still can't stop myself chopping and changing putters every 3 minutes. Even I'm getting bored of it now. The Method 001 is a nice putter, looks a treat Darth, good luck with it.

I'll stick with my "butt-ugly but effective" putter for now...;)...

It's strange how we value aesthetics so much. I use Irons that are probably too good for me, but in my mind are beautiful to look at. I would struggle to use some of the uglier clubs out there as I would be concentrating too much on the "Mantlepiece while stoking the fire"..:D

My odyssey is a stayer. Finding the cup more often from 10-15 feet but just need to cut out the odd silly three putt. I saw some real weird looking shapes at Silvermere last weekend. I guess if it suits the user then so be it. Such a personal thing putters. I've seen people use museum pieces and putt like gods
