Ecco shoe sizing

Ecco shoe fitting, what's it like?
Would a half size up or down make a diff ?

Not adizero but my Adidas are a half bigger than my Ecco's

My Eccos were the same size/fit as my trainers. Comfiest shoes ever, Golf Depot were knocking out Ecco Biom Hybrids at 100 notes which is great value. But then again I did read an article in one of the mags where they properly fitted something like 15 golfers and not one was actually the size they always bought their golf shoes in. Always found Adidas to be smaller than advertised and struggle with them.

Much better fitting than AdiZero.

I have a pair of 10 in Ecco but a 12 in Adidas.

Every other shoes I have are also 10's (Apart from Nike and Puma which are 11)

I found the fit as being too narrow... Got half a size bigger than my Ecco 'street shoes' to allow for thicker sports socks but they still came up too narrow for me... Find the wide fit FJs just about right...

I've found the sizing spot on. I normally wear an 11 so got a 46, so comfy.

i always find going into the shop getting the trained person to measure my feet works a lot better than a random post on a forum,but i could be in the minority !!!

Not when he's ordering them at a decent price online. I personally don't see the problem in asking as many brands are bigger/smaller depending.

I usually by from a shop, hence the reason I'm asking. This is new to me.
If they don't fit I'm sure I can send them back.
As an aside I'm not sure of that many places here where I can buy golf shoes where a trained person would measure my feet.
