Ecclestone Park

After playing the brilliant Formby the previous day, Ecclestone Park was a massive let down. It took 1 hour 20 minutes to play 5 hole and there were 3 groups waiting on the 6th tee. Walked in and asked the Pro what was being done and were told the Marshall left at midday. Buggies were on when the course was a quagmire, which was ludicrous. The 5 holes we played before walking off were bland and in poor condition. Seems they were just looking to make money and not run a golf course. Avoid at all costs.

I thought it would be a let down for you after Formby. Let me know if your over again, I can give you the heads up next time, to avoid an Eccleston again.
