Who actually introduced her as that? The BBC? Or someone in Yankland was broadcast on the BBC introducing her as that?

I think some Yanks think of England as the whole of the UK. Me I hate the use of UK and Britain as these are not countries they are blocks of land.

BBC of Course, hence the thread.
They make many errors when discussing royalty and politics in Scotland.
They are a bit like the Labour Party and think we are a 'branch office'.

Only, I've seen bits of them being in the US on the BBC and not heard anything about her being the future Queen of England. Unless it was on BBC Scotland....
