Hi,

I'm currently selling a driver on ebay since the rules here state you need to be an established forum user before selling on here.

Is there any other UK golf forums that allow linking to ebay sales to generate some interest? ('no reserve' panic setting in)

I had a look at Golf Shake but I don't like the way it posts with your real name as I like to stay anonymous as much as possible on t'internet.

I trust you know you can end the auction early? If you haven't any bids and the 'watchers' number is low you are within your rights to cancel your sale.

I would add that it is not really 'good form' but if it saves you selling something that you belive is undervalued it would be worth it.

There are many tales of people 'winning' auctions for knock down prices and then the seller making up some story to try and cancel the auction after the end date.

It has 5 watchers and there is over 5 days to run so I'm not too worried but it wouldn't hurt to bump it elsewhere.

Ending the auction is not something I'd do, I just want to make sure I give it a chance.

Cah1234, I think giving clues to the auction would still be against the rules here.

I'll have a look at Golf Magic...cheers.

Don't panic yet, if the auction goes to form them it will get the most bids in the dying hours/mins.

Items tend to get the best price if the auction ends over a weekend or evening when most are off work.

That said, everyone is looking for a bargain and you need big cahones if selling on ebay.
