How do you clear unanswered questions against your listing? this is after I answer a question, so that clears it, then the buyer says 'thanks' or similar so there is no need to reply, yet it still flags up in red as an unanswered question on my listings

ahh the mark as read drop down on emails? good man- I answer from the selling listing so you dont see that unless you go to emails inbox.
