I now realise after 2 years in the wilderness that all my poor ball striking, fats, thins, j Arthur's, pull duck hooks, push fades and high push slices have stemmed from one main fault, early extension.
Normally after about 20 balls at the range I'd have a sore left lower back.
A few lessons and talks with pro's (plus posting here in 'experts') failed to identify the cause.
I'd tried 'washing the window' with my backside!
and some others with no success.
Then a vid posted by TPI via twitter with a quick and surprising solution has me striking the ball beautifully (for me) again.
Tried it a few days ago with instant success but wanted a longer range session today for affirmation.
260 balls throughout the bag with 3 I didn't like!
Sorry for going on but when it's back you just want to tell everyone, that's a golf law.
