Early extension and loss of posture!

Just in case anyone is suffering from early extension like me and a loss of posture in the downswing or backswing even for that matter... I acme across this a while ago while snooping around looking for drills....

If memory serves me right i think James posted this a good while back but it makes much more sense to me now that i have a little bit more knowledge of how i swing a club.....

Btw. His upper body 'throw' was the 'flail' I referred to in Gareth's thread about hip movement.
