As a bald (but sexy) young man (43) I suffer every winter with cold head and ears. I hate having the cold wind around my ears, and has spoilt many a game last year. I am now looking for ear muffs or something to keep my ears warm, and wondered if anyone uses a sports ear band or any other products. I have a large head and wooly hats just dont come down far enough over my dainty ears lol. Seriously though is there any reasonably decent looking product out there which will keep my lug holes warm and wind free?

I am such a wimp, I apologise to you all, I dont have gaffer tape either, although I do have a couple of naan breads I could drape over my folically challenged bonce

I have a fleecy cap that has ear flaps that fold down from inside the hat. So when you are within sight of the clubhouse, you fold up them up out of sight and it looks like a normal golfing cap, avoiding embarrassment and general opprobrium, and then when out on the course, you can fold them down and keep warm. Or you could tie a scarf under your chin.

personal opinion its not to my taste at all... but who am i to listen to i wear a snood sometimes... and today wore a balaclava in work as was up near the moores and wind chil was horrendus so i have no taste haha.

just wear what ever you think is best dont worry about people opinions i would rather look stupid and be warm than look trendy and be freezing cold

Good word! Did you have a bet with a mate that you could fit opprobrium into a discussion today?
