I've been using the new 2013 E6 Bridgestone ball for 3 months now and although I love the driver and iron performance I feel around the greens it's left wanting.

I struggle to get it to check on greens and find it difficult to putt with. It seems rather inconsistent regarding length. I'm no great putter by any means but this ball seems difficult to judge distance when putting on the greens

Has anyone else had similar experiences?

There has been a lot of chat about E series balls the last few months, try the search function mate! But yes to a certain extent thats why I moved to the B330 RX, not loads of spin, but just enough for me. Also try the E5, enough spin for most with its special cover.

sorry, but it won't be the ball

that doesn't mean that changing the ball to one that gives you more confidence won't help your putting - it probably will - but only you can establish the ball that does that for you.

it's a slightly different story regarding the issue of 'check' - try the e5, it's very different in this aspect to the e6; chalk and cheese

Been using the e6 for a while and to be honest whether I am playing a pro v or a e6 I couldn't tell the difference
Probably to do with my skill level, but for me it seems its 80% down to the quality of the strike

Good value though

a mate of mine just to get check on top flite, I struggle regardless of the ball, it's about the quality of the strike which in my case isn't good enough most of the time
