Driving range in Ashford Kent

Going to be in Kent this weekend and will need to entertain myself in the afternoon while the outlaws go for tea at Eastwell Manor.

Was thinking of bashing a few balls at Ashford Golf Complex range in Ashford.

Any one know if this is an ok facility, or can suggest a nicer one in the area?

Doesn't need to be fantastic, just reasonable price, balls, mats, tees etc. Won't be that great myself, as I am running in the Folkestone Santa Fun Run first, and I am by no means a runner, but don't want to go somewhere miserable.

I would also be tempted to say sod the range and enjoy the culinary delights of Eastwell Manor, I can assure you that they are superb.

Been there before, don't really do 'afternoon tea', and sitting about with the outlaws drives me nuts.

I spent quite a bit of time there a couple of years ago
havent been fishing for two years cos of golf. I been hunting barbel on the avon in 2005 with low clear conditions. Blanked on 14 sessions rolling meat. part from one day ledgering i caught 3 chublets
