I'm not going to pretend this is anything other than tacky in the extreme and may well enrage the purists however I thought it'd be a bit of fun for our club comp at the weekend, UK vs Rest of the World.

Yep, very easy to fit and believe me I'm by no means the best at this sort of thing! It's essentially a vinyl sticker and it's a bit like having your car wrapped. You just stretch and stick until it covers the head then trim round the edge.
They even send you a practice sticker so you can have a go before doing it for real. I actually found the real sticker easier to apply at it was less papery and you didn't get any bubbles etc. you can also pull off to re-adjust without mucking anything up. It also doesn't damage the club paint work in any way....unless it's already chipped etc in which case it could take more paint off.
I got this from Skin Your Club and they have lots of designs or you can choose your own.

I like them. As other have said, whilst we take a little bit of looks over performance (for confidence purposes) we will generally take the club that works the best. However they may not appeal visually....

Not my cup of tee and you'd need to be hitting it pretty well to have one of those on our first tee in the usual roll up or you'd get slaughtered
