I foolishly let somone use my black r1 driver and they completely trashed the top of it.
They have gouged the paint back to bare metal and it looks awful across the top of the club.
I'm quite fond of it and I paid a fair whack for it so ideally I want it repaired.

Does anyone know who, where or how. Thanks guys

Speak to nick brown at gorlaston golf course. He is great. I had the mother of sky marks on my r11 (to the metal). Come back as new for £35 including postage

Tell your m8 the club is his for what you payed for it. Treat yourself to a new one.

Disgrace putting idiot marks on somebody elses club.

Pop to your local car body repair shop and see what they want to repaint it or they may even be able to repair it. I've done a few myself but I do all that kind of stuff myself anyway. Does take time and patience to get a really good result and it's far better to use 2 pack paint rather than rattle cans.

I lost my footing and caught he ground first (sandy) the the ball at the tee and it badly marked my driver.

Used some black metal car paint on it and unless you look closely it looks fine. Cost about £3.

The good thing is it doesn't affect performance
