Hi all,

I will be going for a driver & fairway woods fitting in a couple of weeks at the Celtic Manor, has anyone been and what were your thoughts?

Thanks.

Phil.

Thats a long way to go to get fitted Phil. Remember and take your woods and glove with you. Oh and enjoy, look forward to hearing your experience. I see its a Titleist National Fitting Centre, what woods are you going for.

just been ob friday.got fitted for a titleist 910D2.excellent fitting using trackman out on the range so you see the ball flight and disoersion.you also can hit your current clubs as well to give yoy a baseline.once i had decided on the head we went through around 6 shafts based ib my numbers and what the fitter thought was appropriate for my swing.it was then fine tuning with the hosel setting.took abiut an hour but cane away very imoressed with an extra 15 yards and a tighter dispersion.
would recomend celtic manor to anyone for a fitting, they have the titkeist and taylormade fitting center.

Yes it is a fair distance but got a good deal on a one nights stay and me and the wife like to treat ourself every now and then, I have Titleist woods and driver but was not fitted for them as such so taking them down to get it done correctly.

Man I can't spell with my phone and these sausage fingers lol!
Hope the weather holds as the courses look in fantastic condition.Forgot to mention was using titleist balls for the fitting as well to get proper results rather than range rocks.
