Having owned my Srixon W506 for a while and being happy with it, ive since been given the Mizuno mp600 since trying it since the start of the new year and my report is due in the magazine this coming month.
I never actually made any physical comparisons, I only knew that the mp600 was longer off the tee, and had a fully grooved face compared to the slightly more trampoline'y looking srixon W506.
Anyhoo, here is a few quick pics taken with my pda to show what I mean. Both clubs are excellent quality and feel great in hand and wish I could use both! Apologies o n the dirty grooves on the w506, i didnt realise until posting the pics up that they were a bit mucky.

I think this goes towards proving that having a face with no grooves doesnt necessarily mean it will be longer off the tee due to a more flexible face while both drivers conform to R & A standards. The Srixon is an already healthy 450cc and the Mizuno is 10ccs bigger at 460cc.

No mate, as far as the hallway downstairs as the tiles are due for a touch up so im free to use them until they are redone then they are banned to the club locker room, I spent 5 minutes giving the heads a little tlc today with g5 to remove any blemishes and some wax to get them up and shining. Im really in two minds as to sell the srixon or keep it as a winter driver and reshaft it with something a little more user friendly, it goes well but im losing a little distance which Im almost sure is dfown to the shaft.
The fujikura shafted mizuno seems to have the perfect shaft for my swing at the moment so I would be mad not to take full advantage of it.

brendy, mate, I've often wondered about the strange alien beings that hang around my house, on the stairs, in the hallway, generally stressing the missus out....you know the ones, long thin "space technology" bodies and massive titanium heads.
My girls were considering 'phoning Torchwood...but I see they live in your house too.

Good photo montage brendy.....nice tiles too......

Tiles were like new when we bought the house 5 years ago, they are a little tired looking now but as I said they are getting touched up soon.
I apologise for the pics, my fuji 9500 is out in the car and I was playing with my phone and thought id compare the two drivers, for al the difference 10cc actually is, its quite noticeable in a driver.
Makes you wonder how we thought the Biggest Big Bertha was a monster back years ago.
